Woody Allen is hopelessly in love with the finer part of Manhattan, from Central Park and up. Where the streets are wider, richer people and all houses have a hotel-porter in livery. Carrie Bradshaw and her girlfriends in Sex & the City thrive best in the trendy bars in Tribeca and the hip clubs on Avenue A and B at the bottom of Manhattan. SoHo teeming with boutiques, brasseries and galleries, the famous Italian delicatessen shops and espresso bars that you have seen hundreds of times on TV. The hottest place to go is the Meat Distict, which is located near the bottom, to the west, at the ninth streets. Here, in New York’s own Slaughterhouse Area, among the rough old warehouses, trucks with meat, sturdy butcher in white, bloody aprons and the odd patrol transvestite is one elegant and the newly opened restaurant or bar after another. Here you can navigate through the evening waiting limousines, lash stars, movie stars, long queues and eagerly Japanese photography. This is the city that never sleeps. New York is both a sin nest and a fun and children permitted experience. It depends on where you are. And what you want for yourself. Take for you and taste of the big apple. NEW YORK’S NOT JUST Manhattan
You cross the Brooklyn Bridge, you’ll go into New York’s largest city, Brooklyn. It is one of the newest and hippest areas of New York, where some of the city’s hottest places are included. Of course this is also plenty of exciting restaurants and clubs for all tastes. In Brooklyn there are also some of New York’s most notable places, but they are unfortunately often in the shadow of tourist attractions in Manhattan.
