Florida, known as the “State of the Sun”, is situated on a large peninsula at the southern end of the East Coast of the United States. This a little more than 1.650 km south of the City of New York.
Florida is a flat and sandy terrain of 165 km wide and 660 km long. In the east, is nearly 660 km of beaches with sand on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean and the west, bordering the Gulf of Mexico, has over 1,000 km of beaches with sand.
